Mobile digital technologies as a musical instrument could provide a new low-threshold access to their own music for young people.

In the coming years, the music schools in Schleswig-Holstein want to focus on their work with the “Digital Music School”. At the 21 publicly-promoted music schools organized in the Landesverband der Musikschulen in Schleswig-Holstein about 45,000 pupils are taught by 1,150 teachers. A special feature of the music schools in Schleswig-Holstein is its wide branch in 440 teaching centers and 21 own music school buildings. This means that digital networking is becoming increasingly important.

The session will focus on the possibilities of implementing mobile digital technologies as a musical instrument in music school.
