Almut Voigt

Almut Voigt is a cellist. She performs in diverse groups, such as „Musica Viva Leipzig“. She was also part of innovative music projects with „wide awake“, a group of computer musicians.

Almut studied „music pedagogy and social work“ at „Hoffbauer Berufsakademie Potsdam“. Meanwhile she was working at „Musikschule Bertheau&Morgenstern“ as a music teacher for pre-school children. She organizes and does music and art projects for children and youths since 2015. In 2016 she participated in the certificate course tAPP – music with apps in cultural education at the Berlin University of the Arts and the Federal Academy Wolfenbüttel.
