Ute Welscher

Dr. Ute Welscher studied German Language and Musicology and wrote her final dissertation about Exile literature. She engages in church music and works as a Senior Expert in the Department of Music Education at the Bertelsmann Stiftung. Since 2014 she is part of the executive board at the ‘Rat für kulturelle Bildung e.V.’. She is actively playing classical piano as well as organ and starts to involve in making music on digital devices. Furthermore, Ute is running the departments social-media websites.
